At Pink Boutique, we want you to love your new look, but if something isn't quite right, we've made our return process simple and stress-free. You have 28 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Pink Boutique tags still attached; please ensure items are unworn and unwashed.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
